My name is Andreas Grossbauer, and I am a first violinist of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra. Those who know me are aware that, along with making music with my Philharmonic string ensembles, I am also passionate about letting my imagination soar, and I love crafting concepts for special events and celebrations, from start to finish, curating these events as artistic director, musical coordinator and dramaturge.
I call this “Philharmonic Taste”—a sensory symphony of music and culinary art. World-class music, played with masterful craftsmanship, and top-tier gastronomy, coming together in extraordinary venues to create unique moments of beauty, inspiration, and joy. Through “Philharmonic Taste,” I look for special connections and, in collaboration with my clients (including you, perhaps?), I aim to design special once-in-a-lifetime events.
My Repertoire

Licensing of the brand name
The name “Philharmonic Taste” can be licensed for special editions or exclusive product collaborations. One such example is the Japanese “Sake” project, where the product launch was communicated and promoted using classical music and videos (of storytelling).
